Pre-boil 2 Cups of Spring Water in a stainless steel pot.
Add 1 Tablespoon of the herbs to the water & allow it to simmer for 10 Minutes. Strain & Drink.

The “iron” in pharmaceutical iron pills is known as “iron oxide” which derives from rocks (=inorganic).
