60ml

Ingredients: DISTILLED Water, Dead Sea Salt

HOW TO USE:

Spray and rub into your affected painful/tight/stiff areas.

For systemic effects, spray and rub into your chest and pulse points (e.g. on the inside of the wrists, inner elbow, and behind the knee) in the morning, to help keep your stress levels and (chronic) inflammation down.

The best place to absorb magnesium into your body is actually under the arms (armpits), straight into the lymphatic system, and orally.

The skin has a limited capacity for absorption so not all of the magnesium will be absorbed, hence the salty residue. It’s not harmful at all, you can leave it on or rub it off (no difference).

Applying this magnesium oil after a shower is good practice, as the skin would be warm and clean, and the pores would be more open (ideal for enhanced magnesium absorption).

Using magnesium oil before a shower?

Use at least 20 minutes before a shower to allow the oil to absorb fully into the skin before washing and rinsing yourself.

Potential side effects (very rare): some people may experience tingling or itching, which can be reduced by applying a moisturizer after use.

This product may help with several physiological and metabolic dysfunctions we commonly experience daily:

-Muscle Tightness, Frequent Cramps and Soreness: Magnesium is essential for muscle function, and topical application can help relax muscles and reduce cramps and soreness.

-Chronic Inflammation: Magnesium has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce inflammation in the body.

-Skin Conditions: It may help with skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis due to its anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties.

-Magnesium Deficiency: While topical absorption isn’t as efficient as oral supplementation, it can help increase magnesium levels in the body.

(Please Note: this product can be taken orally: spray it into your mouth daily, three times a day, morning, afternoon and evening)

-Stress and Anxiety: Magnesium plays a role in regulating the nervous system, and topical application may help reduce stress and anxiety as well as improve sleep.

Magnesium oil is a solution of magnesium chloride in water, applied topically to the skin (but also edible).

It’s not actually an oil but feels oily due to the magnesium chloride. It’s used for various purposes, including relieving muscle soreness and potentially increasing magnesium levels in the body.

This product is made from Dead Sea salt, it means the magnesium chloride is sourced from the Dead Sea.

Dead Sea salt is known for its higher mineral content compared to other seas, including a higher concentration of magnesium and other beneficial minerals compared to magnesium oil made from other sources.
